Australia Jobs Immigration

Which Family Members Can Come with me to Australia when I Immigrate?

You’re allowed to bring certain family members with you to Australia if they were processed for permanent residence as your dependents.

This includes your spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, your spouse or common-law partner’s dependent children, and dependent children of dependent children.

However, family members such as your parents, grandparents, siblings, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and other relatives cannot come with you.

Your dependents must arrive in Australia with you or after you; they cannot arrive before you. It may be possible to sponsor them after you immigrate to Australia.
